That's completely normal! We can explore different options together, try a few things, and see what you enjoy. There's no pressure to commit to anything long-term.
Can support workers help me with transport?
Yes! We can provide transport support to activities, or help you learn to use public transport if that's one of your goals.
What if I feel anxious in social situations?
We understand, and we'll work at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Your support worker can help you develop strategies to manage anxiety and build confidence gradually.
Can I try activities before committing to regular participation?
Absolutely! We encourage trying different things to see what you enjoy. There's no obligation to continue with anything that doesn't feel right.
