Steady Support to Help You Find Your Direction
Psychosocial & Mental Health Focused Disability Support across
Why We're Here
Mental health support should feel human, not clinical.
Care Compass Collective exists because too many people with psychosocial disabilities were being let down by providers who didn't understand that mental health conditions can be just as debilitating as physical ones. We built CCC differently. Our approach is grounded in lived experience and backed by psychology, which means our team actually gets what it's like when your brain is working against you.
We support participants of all ages across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and Tweed Heads. We show up on the hard days, celebrate the small wins, and understand that recovery isn't linear. Whether it's managing daily routines, connecting with community, or working toward bigger goals, we're here to provide support that meets you where you're at.
Recovery-oriented support should be the standard, not the exception.
Our Approach
We build genuine relationships, not just deliver services. Trust, understanding, and consistency aren't nice-to-haves. They're the foundation of support that actually works. We take the time to get to know you, what matters to you, and how you do things. Our team works alongside you, adapting and listening as things change.
Personalised, not standardised. No two people are the same, and neither is the support we offer. We shape our services around your story, your preferences, and what you're working toward, so you can live life on your terms.
Here when it matters most. Whether it's daily support or big life changes, we show up for the moments that matter. With Care Compass, you're not just receiving a service. You're gaining a team that genuinely cares.

WHAT WE DO
What is a Psychosocial Disability?
Psychosocial disability refers to the impact a mental health condition can have on a person’s daily life, recovery, and connection with their community.
It recognises how social and environmental barriers can affect how someone functions, thinks, and engages with the world around them.
Building genuine relationships not just delivering services.
